State Sen. Loughran Cappel Holds Valentine's Card Drive For Seniors

Cards will be collected until Feb. 6 and then delivered to local long-term care facilities.

ROMEOVILLE, IL — State Senator Meg Loughran Cappel will collect store-bought or handmade Valentine's Day cards to deliver to long-term care facility residents, according to a release from her office.

“Let’s take some time to show our gratitude and appreciation for seniors in our community,” said Loughran Cappel. “A simple note or card can make someone’s day, especially on a day celebrating love.”

You can write a kind note in the card and drop them off or mail them to Loughran Cappel's district office at 20660 Caton Farm Road in Crest Hill. Cards will be collected until Feb. 6 and then delivered to local long-term care facilities.
