Stolen Booze, Broken Safe: Romeoville Police Reports

Aug. 2: A theft over $500 was reported in the area of Anderson Drive. Three street grates with a total value of $600.00 were taken by unknown person(s).

Aug. 7: A retail theft was reported in the 0-100 block of South Weber. An unknown person took six bottles of liquor with at vale of $197.94 from the business.

Aug. 10: A burglary and burglary from motor vehicle were reported in the 100 block of Anton. Unknown person(s) broke into three trailers and took tow bars and landscaping tools from the trailers.

Aug. 11: A burglary was reported in the 200 block of South Weber Road. Unknown person(s) forced open a safe and took approximately $800.

Aug. 14: A criminal damage to property was reported in the 700 block of Cascade. Unknown person(s) threw a brick causing damage to a lamppost.
