Stolen Whiskey, Pricy Sandals, Trailer: Romeoville Police Reports

Dec. 20: A retail theft was reported in the 400 block of North Independence. An unknown person took two bottles of whiskey with a total value of $61.98 from the business.

Dec. 20: A theft under $500 was reported in the 1500 block of West Normantown Road. Unknown person(s) took a pair of sandals valued at $220 from the changing room of the facility.

Dec. 21: A burglary was reported in the 1200 block of Lakeview Court. Unknown person(s) damaged a door and window at the business and took a television and two power drills.

Dec. 22: A retail theft was reported in the 200 block of South Weber Road. Unknown person(s) took socks, a watch, coffee filter and a mug with a total value of $87.85 from the business.

Dec. 29: A retail theft was reported in the 300 block of South Weber Road. Unknown person(s) took $50 worth of clothing from the business.

Dec. 30: A burglary from motor vehicle was reported in the 1200 block of Lakeview Drive. Unknown person(s) entered the unlocked vehicle and took a purse.

Jan. 3: A theft over $500 was reported in the 0-100 block of Greenwood. Unknown person(s) took an empty trailer valued at $15,000 from the business parking lot.
