Fernando Reyes, 23, of the 4000 block of Joliet Avenue in Lyons was arrested Dec. 4 by Romeoville police on charges of use of an unlawful weapon, disregarding a stop sign and improper turn signal.
Ivan Leshawn Smith, 28, of the 1000 block of Lois Place, Joliet, was arrested Dec. 4 by Will County Sheriff's police on charges of robbery, aggravated battery and theft of $500 to $10,000.
