• Illinois pedestrian, 82, dies in Laughlin crash (reviewjournal.com) — An 82-year-old pedestrian from Roselle died after being struck by a Jeep while crossing South Casino Drive in Laughlin, Nevada on Sunday afternoon. Police say the driver, an 80-year-old Arizona man, showed no signs of impairment, and this was the 40th traffic-related fatality in that jurisdiction this year.
