Crash Shuts Down Route 59 in Shorewood

Shorewood police are advising motorists to steer clear of Route 59 south of Route 52 due to a crash.

As of 11:30 a.m., police said they anticipated southbound Route 59 south of Route 52/Jefferson Street for the next tour hours.

Southbound Route 59 traffic can detour to I-55 via eastbound Route 52, police said.
