Obituary: Anna M. Wessman

Obituary was published and funeral arrangements were entrusted to the care and direction of the Fred C. Dames Funeral Home and Crematory.

Anna M. Wessman (nee Bergman), passed away at the age of 95, on Saturday, February 17, 2024. Anna was born on January 27, 1929, the daughter of the late John L. and Hannah (nee Karlson) Bergman. Born and raised in Chicago, she was a graduate of Fenger High School and Fox Business School.

Anna was employed as the Service Manager at Mel Wolfe Chrysler and Bill Kay Chrysler. Anna loved puzzles and was known as the “Puzzle Queen”.

Anna is survived by her three daughters, Lynn (Steve) Radostits, Jill Wessman, and Janet (Bill) Koloseike; ten grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.

She is preceded by her husband, Roy Wessman; her only son, Gregg Wessman; and her parents.

Funeral Services for Anna M. Wessman will be held privately by the family.
