Plainfield Man Allegedly Tried Convincing Child to Have Sex With Him
The Plainfield man was arrested and jailed but bonded out hours later.

A Plainfield man allegedly tried to convince a child into have sex with him.
Andres Villagomez, 22, was charged with two counts of the indecent solicitation of a child. He was booked into the Will County jail about 4:30 p.m. Tuesday but posted $5,000 bail and was out by a little after 7:30 that evening.
The Romeoville police investigated and arrested Villagomez.

Villagomez “knowingly solicited a child” identified as “S.L.” with plans to “perform an act of sexual conduct or penetration,” according to a criminal complaint. He also “discussed an act of sexual conduct or penetration” with the same child, the complaint said.
