Police Blotter: DUI, Obstructing Justice Arrests
Arrests made by Shorewood police and other law enforcement agencies.

Robert Martin Mathis, 52, of 508 Bethany, Shorewood, was booked by Will County Sheriff's police on a charge of driving under the influence (BAC 0.08) on July 23, 2013.
Bradley C. Harbour, 39, of 104 Westshore Drive, Shorewood, was arrested by Shorewood police after officers were called to the scene of a domestic dispute on July 21, 2013, in the 100 block of Westshore Drive. He was charged with domestic battery and transported to the Will County Adult Detention Facility.
Abel Barrera, 20, of 1118 S. Wabena Ave., Minooka, was arrested by Shorewood police after his vehicle was stopped for an equipment violation on July 21, 2013, at Route 59/School Street. He was charged with zero tolerance, illegal transportation of alcohol. Barrera posted bond and was released with court information.
Martin A. Velemir, 26, of 515 Meadow Wood Drive, Joliet, was arrested by Shorewood police after officers were called to the scene of an unwanted subject on July 20, 2013, at 103 E. Jefferson (The Crowd Around Me). He was charged with possession of cannabis and possession of drug equipment. Velemir posted bond and was released with court information.
Justin R. Angermeier, 27, of 123 W. Third St., Cameron, Mo., was arrested by Shorewood police after his vehicle was stopped for traffic violations and he attempted to run from officers on July 20, 2013, at 19747 NE Frontage Road. He was charged with DWLS, improper lane usage, illegal squealing of tires and obstructing justice. Angermeier posted bond and was released with court information.
