Quigley Takes Seattle by Storm
Joliet Catholic Academy graduate Allie Quigley signed a pair of seven-day contracts with the team that originally drafted her in the WNBA.

In theory, it always rains in Seattle. Allie Quigley, a Joliet Catholic Academy graduate, was happy to pack her umbrella.
The 5-foot-10 Quigley, who was originally drafted by the Storm in the second round of the 2008 WNBA Draft, signed a pair of seven-day contracts effective July 31.
Quigley, who has played professionally in Europe, is entering her fourth WNBA season and has played 29 games, averaging 2 points in 6.2 minutes. She began her career with Phoenix in 2008 and 2009, playing four games with San Antonio and three games with Indiana in 2010.

Wearing No. 22, Quigley has appeared in two games with Seattle. She played four years of college basketball at DePaul and recently played professionally in Hungary.
Her brother, Ryan, is the closer for the Joliet Slammers and also prepped at JCA.
