• First Kosher Community Fridge In The U.S. Dedicated To Slain Hostage Hersh Goldberg-Polin (ground.news) — Skokie residents now have access to what organizers call the nation's first kosher community fridge, dedicated to slain hostage Hersh Goldberg-Polin and located outside Skokie Valley Agudath Jacob. The refrigerators are reportedly used about 50 times a day and stocked with kosher food, but are open to people of any background. This new resource offers a practical, dignified way for neighbors in need to get food locally.
