Author Richard Reeder at Temple Beth Israel

Talks About Saul Bellow's distinguished literary carer and growing up in Chicago.

Temple Beth Israel (3601 W. Dempster St., Skokie) Presents author Richard Reeder (Chicago Sketches) speaking about Saul Bellow--his distinguished literary career and his years growing up in Chicago, at the next Brotherhood’s Adult Education Program, Sunday, April 17th. Richard Reeder teaches literature courses at the Oakton Community College Emeritus Program and is a popular speaker on literary, political and social matters in the Chicago area. He is the founder and the moderator of the Chicago Jewish Authors Literary Series. Richard also moderates the monthly book club at the Cliff Dwellers. He is currently the President of the Chicago Literary Hall of Fame. He was the moving force in the naming of Saul Bellow Way on Augusta Boulevard in Chicago.
