Skokie School District 73.5 - Destruction of Records Notice

On December 14, 2026, in accordance with Illinois State Board of Education, Section 375.40(c) and the Illinois School Student Records Act, 105 ILCS 10/4, Skokie School District 73.5 will destroy the following records:

• Student Registration Cards from 1961 - 1964
• 1995 Temporary Special Education Records
• 1999 Temporary Records
• 2012 - 2019 Temporary Special Education Records
• 2020 Temporary Records

To obtain copies of records before the originals are destroyed, students (at least 18 years of age) or their legal guardians may contact the Student Services Office at (847)676-8459 by December 11, 2026.
