Driver in Fatal Golf Road Crash Charged with Reckless Homicide
More serious charges have been filed against Stuart Ishnay, the driver allegedly involved in the deadly November crash.

SKOKIE, IL - The driver of a vehicle that crashed and killed its passenger in Skokie last month now faces a reckless homicide charge.
Police said Wednesday that Stuart S. Ishay has been charged with reckless homicide and aggravated driving under the influence, both felonies, in connection with the death of 25-year-old Sargon Mirza of Lincolnwood.
Ishnay is accused of being the driver of an SUV that crashed into a semi-tractor at 3:51 a.m. on Nov. 17 at Golf Road and Tripp Avenue. He was initially charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, having no valid driver’s license and disobeying a stop sign.

Mirza was pronounced dead at Evanston Hospital on Dec. 5.
