First Bank & Trust Customers Can Now Send Money to People Electronically
First Bank & Trust recently launched its "People Pay" feature, which allows customers to transfer money to others electronically.

On April 13, First Bank & Trust announced the launch of its “People Pay” feature, which allows customers to transfer money to others electronically.
“People are used to doing everything on their mobile phones, and now they will be able to send money to anyone quickly and easily on the go,” said Michael Yohanan, Assistant Vice President – Marketing for First Bank & Trust.
People Pay is an easy and secure way to send money to someone when you don’t have cash or checks on hand. For example, you can use it to pay a babysitter or housecleaner, split the tab at a restaurant, buy items at a garage sale, collect money from friends for joint gifts and more.
“We think this is a feature that will make our customers’ lives a lot easier,” Yohanan said.
