The Helipad Parent: Supporting Kids without Hovering

A lively discussion about what makes for reasonable, effective parenting.

Katie Slivovsky, Exhibit Development Director at the Chicago Children’s Museum, speaks Sunday, March 8th, on “The Helipad Parent: Supporting Kids without Hovering.” Slivovsky will lead us in a lively discussion about what makes for reasonable, effective parenting. She has recently coined the term “Helipad Parent” in an effort to broaden and deepen our collective vocabulary on this topic.

Please join us for Coffee Hour after the talk. All are welcome to our EHS Sunday programs, which are free and open to the public, and childcare is available.
