Job Seminar Planned in Skokie

Skokie Caucus Party will host free October event.

The Skokie Caucus Party will host a free community job seminar on October 22 in Skokie, from 7-9 p.m.

The seminar is designed to help residents secure a job interview and gainful employment. Only registrants will be provided the exact address of this seminar.

“Keeping Up with Today’s Resume Development While Holding on to your Sanity” is the topic of the job seminar that will be presented by Andrea Stolz, an accomplished employment advisor.

“First impressions count,” said Bob Quane, Skokie Caucus Party member and committee chairman. “Job seekers will learn how to stand out in a competitive job market.”

Participants will learn about resume and cover letter strategies that will get the attention of an employer, help land an interview, and lead to a job offer.
