Lane Closures Planned on Crawford Avenue

Submitted by the Village of Skokie.

On Tuesday, December 30, the Skokie Public Works Department will be making repairs to a water main on southbound Crawford Avenue between Dobson and Howard Streets. One lane of southbound Crawford Avenue will be closed during the entirety of the repair activity, and both southbound lanes will be closed at some points during the repair process. Traffic will be detoured locally during those times. Motorists are strongly encouraged to avoid this section of southbound Crawford Avenue and to seek alternate routes. Roadway restoration is expected to be completed by the end of the day.
