Men Arrested For Revenge, Child Porn, Aggravated Battery: Blotter
Incidents and arrests from the Skokie police blotter from Nov. 11 - Nov. 18.

SKOKIE, IL — The following information comes from the Skokie Police Department as a record of those recently arrested and of incidents reported to the police. Updated information may be available from the Cook County Clerk of the Circuit Court. Readers are reminded that everyone arrested is presumed to be innocent unless their guilt is established beyond a reasonable doubt, and criminal charges represent accusations by the state that are often dropped or reduced.
INCIDENTS
ASSAULT
Someone threw cleaning supplies at another person during an argument in the 9000 block of Lavergne Avenue around 12:30 a.m. on Nov. 11.
STOLEN CAR
Someone stole a car from the 9200 block of Tripp Avenue around 12:35 a.m. on Nov. 11.

SEXUAL ASSAULT
A criminal sexual assault took place around around 12:05 p.m. on Nov. 11 in the 5500 block of Touhy Avenue.
DOMESTIC VIOLENCE
An incident of aggravated battery and domestic battery occurred around 5:45 p.m. on Nov. 13 in the 4900 block of Old Orchard Center. Police did not disclose whether anyone was arrested or charged in the incident.

AGGRAVATED BATTERY/HIT-AND-RUN
Following an argument over a traffic crash around 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 13 in the 5100 Galitz Street, an unidentified man struck a juvenile in the face and struck a second person with his vehicle and fled the scene.
CAR BURGLARIES
- 8000 block of Kedvale Avenue between 6:30 p.m. Nov. 13 and 3:07 a.m. on Nov. 14
- 8200 block of Keeler Avenue around 1:35 a.m. on Nov. 14 – two unlocked vehicles burglarized
- 8100 block of Kedvale Avenue between 1 and 2 a.m. on Nov. 14
- 8000 block of Kedvale Avenue between 9 a.m. on Nov. 13 and 4 a.m. on Nov. 14
AGGRAVATED IDENTITY THEFT
Someone gained access to the laptop of a resident in the 9900 block of Keystone Avenue between Oct. 8 and Nov. 14 and attempted to open accounts and make fraudulent purchases.
HOME BURGLARY
A resident in the 8500 block of Drake Avenue reported a burglary took place between Nov. 11 and Nov. 15.

ARRESTS
Tyron L. Harris, 21, of the 600 block of West 129th Place in Chicago, was arrested at the Skokie Police Department around 10:30 p.m. on Nov. 12 on a pair of in-state warrants.
Sebastian S. Atempa, 36, of the 1700 block of North Central Avenue in Chicago, was arrested around 10:30 a.m. on Nov. 14 in the 3500 block of Dempster Street on an in-state warrant.
McHenry M. White, 28, of the 9300 block of Kedvale Avenue in Skokie, was arrested around 1 p.m. on Nov. 14 in the 9300 block of Kedvale Avenue and charged with aggravated battery and disorderly conduct.
Matthew G. Berger, 34, of the 300 block of Kelburn Road in Deerfield, was arrested around 11 p.m. on Nov. 14 at the Skokie Police Department and charged with disorderly conduct.
Laquitea D. Reed, 27, of the 10100 block of South Yale Avenue in Chicago, was arrested at 12:04 a.m. on Nov. 15 and charged with retail theft at the Old Orchard Shopping Center.
Emma Jean Young, 73, of the 5800 block of Sky Pointe Drive in Las Vegas, was arrested around 2:15 a.m. on Nov. 15 at the Skokie Police Department and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Astrid Butler, 51, of the 1700 block of East Wood Lane in Mount Prospect, was arrested around 2 p.m. on Nov. 15 and charged with retail theft at the Old Orchard Shopping Center.
Minh Q. Truong, 30, of the 4600 block of North Keating Avenue in Chicago, was arrested around 8:24 p.m. on Nov. 15 at his home and charged with possession of child pornography.
Stevon J. Brown, 28, of the 1900 block of Harrison Street in Evanston, was arrested around 2:30 a.m. on Nov. 16 in the 3300 block of Dempster Street and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 or greater and driving with a suspended license. He also was ticketed for speeding 26 to 34 mph above the limit.
Amari A. Radcliffe, 20, of the 9100 block of Ewing Avenue in Skokie, was arrested around 2 p.m. on Nov. 16 at the Walmart, 3626 W. Touhy Ave., and charged with retail theft.
David Chavez-Perez, 31, of the 1200 block of West Farwell Avenue in Chicago, was arrested around 4:30 a.m. on Nov. 17 in the 3100 block of Howard Street and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol concentration of 0.08 or more.
Daniel X. Soriano, 21, of the 3800 block of Lee Street in Skokie, was arrested around 5:30 p.m. on Nov. 17 in the 4000 block of Cleveland Street and charged with non-consensual distribution of private sexual images.
Yadira Alcantara-Pena, 26, of the 4900 block of Crain Street in Skokie, was arrested around 11:15 p.m. on Nov. 17 in the 5400 block of Touhy Avenue and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
Tatiana M. Lukac, 21, of the 5700 block of North Spaulding Avenue in Chicago, was arrested around 3 p.m. on Nov. 18 and charged one count of retail theft and one count of theft of less than $500 at the Old Orchard Shopping Center.
Christofer A. Gamboa Carrancio, 32, of the 4500 block of West Grand Avenue in Chicago, was arrested around 4:30 p.m. on Nov. 18 and charged with retail theft at the Old Orchard Shopping Center.
Natallia Ryshtakova, 24, of the 1100 block of Northbury Lane in Wheeling, was arrested around 3:15 a.m. on Nov. 18 in the 10000 block of Skokie Boulevard and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol.
