Mosque Set to Open in Lincolnwood Next Summer
The mosque will host five daily prayer sessions and serve up to 500 Muslim families in the north suburbs.
LINCOLNWOOD, IL - Construction has begun on what will be the first mosque to open in Lincolnwood.
Sacred Learning NEP began constructing the 16,000 square-foot facility on the site of the former Myron & Phil’s steak house at 3900 W. Devon Ave earlier this month, according to the Lincolnwood Review.
The mosque, set to open next summer, will host prayer and educational services for up to 500 Muslim followers and have five prayer sessions every day.
