Nation, Community, and Identity in Northern Ireland

Laurie Merrell, a graduate of our Sunday school and daughter of members Katie Merrell and Anil Kashyap, speaks June 14th on “Nation, Community, and Identity in Northern Ireland.” Laurie will discuss what she learned about Northern Irish history and politics while spending a semester at Queen’s University Belfast. She will reprise this talk from a series she initiated after returning to the U.S., in which fellow students at Haverford College who had studied abroad could talk about what they had learned.
