Niles Township is sponsoring a series of community events promoting health and wellness. The series begins with the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program, an 8-week class offered by CJE Senior Life.

This fun-filled, low impact class can help people with arthritis increase joint flexibility and relief from arthritis pain. Developed by the Arthritis Foundation and taught by a certified facilitator, this series features gentle, joint-safe movements for various fitness levels. The class meets on Mondays at 10:00 a.m. for the March 28-May 16, 2016 session. A fee of $40 is required to join. For information or to register phone (773) 508-1000
