Niles Township Works With Community to Help Students
Niles Township completed its back to school supply program to help at-risk children return to class ready to learn.

Community residents, employees of Guarantee Trust Life Insurance Company, and the staff at Niles Township worked side by side to collect essential school supplies for children in need. Township Food Pantry Manager Tony Araque and his team organized supplies and filled 50 backpacks with essential school supplies.
Marilyn D. Glazer, Supervisor of Niles Township stated, "We want children in our Township to begin the school year with everything they need to learn and not worry. Starting a new school year is challenging enough without fretting over not having proper supplies. The success of this project each year is attributed to people in the communities we serve being generous and wanting to help children succeed."
