Pink Brain, Blue Brain: The Science and Pseudoscience of Gender Difference

Dr. Eliot will make the case for how differences between boys and girls at birth become magnified under the influence of gender segregation

On November 15th, we welcome Lise Eliot, Associate Professor of Neuroscience at The Chicago Medical School of Rosalind Franklin University of Medicine & Science. Her topic is, “Pink Brain, Blue Brain: The Science and Pseudoscience of Gender Difference.”

A specialist in the field of neuroplasticity, Dr. Eliot will make the case for how small differences between boys and girls at birth become magnified under the influence of gender segregation and socialization, preventing the full expression of each child’s true cognitive and emotional potential.

Please join us for Coffee Hour after the talk. All are welcome to our EHS Sunday programs, which are free and open to the public, and childcare is available.
