Shoplifter Resists; DUI Driver Endangers: Skokie Crime Reports

SKOKIE, IL — The following information comes from the Skokie Police Department as a record of those recently arrested. Readers are reminded an arrest is not an indication of guilt and criminal charges represent merely accusations that are often dropped or reduced.

ARRESTS

Jacqueline M. Dunn, 43, of the 1900 block of Foster Street, Evanston, was arrested at her home Nov. 17 at 6 p.m. and subsequently charged with retail theft and resisting or obstructing police. She was assigned a Dec. 4 court date.

Cesar Ramos, 31, of the 300 block of Dale Drive, Addison, was arrested Nov. 17 at 7:47 p.m. in the 4800 block of Greenleaf Street on an in-state warrant.

Jarrel L. Ramirez, 29, of the 8000 block of Keating Avenue, Skokie. was arrested Nov. 17 at 9 p.m. at Skokie Hospital and charged with criminal damage to property. He was assigned a Dec. 15 court date.

Terrece Appling, 42, of the 300 block of Des Plaines Avenue, Forest Park, was arrested Nov. 19 at 3:52 a.m. in the 7200 block of Niles Center Road and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol. He was assigned a Dec. 15 court date.

Teri S. Panico, 63, of the 4900 block of Golf Road, was arrested and charged with shoplifting at the Nordstrom Old Orchard Center on Nov. 19 at 8:38 p.m. She was given a court date of Dec. 11.

Joseph M. Nuter, 36, of the 200 block of North Troy Lane, Lombard, was taken into custody Nov. 19 at 8:48 p.m. at the Skokie Police Department on an in-state warrant.

Jasmin C. Webb, 29, of the 3900 block of North Lakeshore Drive, Chicago, was arrested Nov. 20 at 1:27 a.m. in the 8600 block of McCormick Boulevard and charged with driving while intoxicated and endangering the life or health of a child. She was assigned a court date of Dec. 22.

Magelica M. Macon, 29, of the 700 block of Oakton Street, Evanston, was arrested Nov. 21 at 11:33 a.m. in the 1400 block of Elmwood Avenue on an in-state warrant. She was assigned a court date of Dec. 22.

James J. Etienne, 33, of the 2000 block of Darrow Avenue, Evanston, was arrested Nov. 22 at 2:30 a.m. in the 5100 block of Dempster Street and charged with possession of a controlled substance and driving with a suspended or revoked license. He was also issued a local ordinance violation for possession of under 10 grams of cannabis. (No photograph available.)

Jay A. George, 46, of the 5000 block of North Lowell Avenue, Chicago, was booked Nov. 22 at 7:26 a.m. at the Cook County Criminal Courts Building on a charge of theft. (No photograph available.)

Ibrahim Said Hassan, 18, of the 2800 block of West Sherwin Avenue, Chicago, was arrested Nov. 23 at 9:12 p.m. in the 7500 block of Karlov Avenue and charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance. (No photograph available.)
