A Skokie Farmers' Market Hosts a Chef Demo on August 9!

Stop by the Skokie Farmers’ Market for a chef demo by vendor, The Cheese People. Visit the market at 9:30 a.m., Sunday, August 9 and learn about the originations of all different cheeses and pairings. This family owned business, will share details on how their cheeses are made and how you can pair them with your favorite meals. Free samples will be available!

Music will be provided by the impressive guitarist/vocalists Gene Lim.

The Market is open Sunday’s through October 25, 2015. The hours are 7:30 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. and located in the west half of the Village Hall parking lot, 5127 Oakton Street.

A wide selection of fresh grown seasonal fruits and vegetables are always in abundance at the Farmers’ Market. Also available are fresh baked goods, farm fresh eggs, meats, a variety of mushrooms and cheeses, fresh cut flowers, plants and much more. Arrive early for the best selection.
