Please join Rabbi Yochanan Posner for Meditation From Sinai and gain relatable and usable tools to live an even more purposeful life.
Encounter the deep meaning of life from an authentic Jewish perspective. Through a mix of learning, discussion, and exercising you will be exposed to Jewish spirituality in a unique experiential way that is easy to digest and retain.
Each lesson includes a brief taste of Jewish meditation. And whether you choose to actually engage in the meditation or just observe it, you'll discover a reality based approach to mindfulness that is very different from what's out there in pop culture.
This course is accredited for Continuing Education in Illinois for Mental Health Professionals through the APA American Psychological Association, including Psychologists, Social Workers, Licensed Professional Counselors, Therapists, Counselors, and some other Mental Health professionals.
This class is available in-person and on Zoom at once, with several convenient times to suit your busy schedule.

Option 2: Six Thursday evenings, starting Thursday, January 27, 2022, 8:00pm-9:30pm
Option 3: Six Sunday mornings, starting Sunday, January 30, 2022, 10:30am-12:00pm
Option 4: Six Sunday evenings, starting Sunday, January 30, 2022, 7:00pm-8:30pm
