• Tesla and SpaceX are fighting an Illinois company over 'Terafab' (statesman.com) — A Skokie-based tech startup, Tera-print, is being sued by Tesla, SpaceX and SpaceXAI over its long-held "Tera-Fab" trademark, which the Musk-led companies want to use for a massive Texas chip plant. The lawsuit, filed in federal court in Austin, argues there's little chance of confusion, while highlighting how a small Skokie firm's nanofabrication tools have become central to a high-stakes naming fight.
