The Tot Rock Family Concert benefits the Birth-to-Three Early Intervention Program of The Chicago Lighthouse for People Who Are Blind or Visually Impaired.
The Birth-to-Three Early Intervention Program provides developmental therapy to infants who are blind, have low vision and, often, other physical disabilities. Birth-to-Three is a home-based program that teaches parents and families how to remediate early sensory, cognitive, mobility and language deficits. The goal of Birth-to-Three is to prepare infants and toddlers to enter preschool.
