Visit the Skokie COPS Vehicle and Meet one of Skokie's Finest Police Officers at the Skokie Farmers' Market!

There are only three more Skokie Farmers' Market dates remaining this season!

There are only three more Skokie Farmers’ Market dates remaining this season! Be sure to bring the family to the Market on Sunday, October 11 to meet one of Skokie’s finest Police officers and view the Community Outreach Police Substation (COPS) vehicle!

While at the market, talk to Skokie Police officers about crime prevention, Neighborhood Watch and other happenings in the community from 9 a.m. to noon. Farmers’ Market music provided by Gene Lim on this day too!

The Market is open Sunday’s through October 25, 2015 from 7:30 a.m. until 12:45 p.m. and located in the west half of the Village Hall parking lot at 5127 Oakton Street.

A wide selection of fresh grown seasonal fruits and vegetables are always in abundance at the Farmers’ Market. Also available are fresh baked goods, farm fresh eggs, meats, a variety of mushrooms and cheeses, fresh cut flowers, plants and much more. Arrive early for the best selection and pick up a bushel of apples before the market comes to a close.

· October 18 - Enjoy a chili chef demo by vendor, Snapper Creek Beef, then check out Skokie’s Animal Control Truck, meet the Animal Control Officer, RC Juggle, the amazing balloon artist and hear music by Richard Northrop

· October 25 – It’s Trick or Treat time! Dress in costume, guess the weight of the pumpkin and enjoy music by Richard Northrop and Whitey O’Day
