CHICAGO, IL - A man was arrested Monday on Chicago's South Side after police said multiple people in the area identified him as the person who was exposing himself to children at McKinley Park. Chicago police have charged Gustavo Gallegos, 49 with four felony counts of exploiting a child under 13/exposing self and four misdemeanor counts of public indecency/lewd exposure.

Gallegos, of the 3400 block of South Paulina Street in the city's McKinley Park neighborhood, was arrested and charged on Monday at 4:50 p.m. on public park property in the 2200 block of West Pershing Road, according to police. He was identified by witnesses as the man "who was exposing himself and acted inappropriately while in the presence of children under the age of 13," police said in a report.

Police said the arrest came just minutes after people in the park called police to report his behavior.
