Suspect Sought In Car Theft From Stickney Gas Station: Sheriff

Cook County Sheriff's Police said man participated in a motor vehicle theft at the Stickney Township Minute Man gas station.

COOK COUNTY, IL – The Cook County Sheriff’s Office released photos of a suspect in a Stickney Township car theft. The man is believed to have participated in swiping a car from a gas station on Dec. 21. He may be working with an accomplice, Sheriff Tom Dart said in a news release.

At approximately 7:40 a.m. on Dec. 21, an unknown accomplice entered a black 2015 Honda Accord at the Minute Man gas station located at 4901 S. Central Ave. in Stickney Township, police said. The suspect is said to have rolled up in a later model, maroon Toyota Highlander, while his pal allegedly drove away in the Honda Accord. Anyone with information about the suspect is asked to contact Sheriff’s Police detectives at 708-865-4896.
