$30K from Ex-Sen. Manar, Unions Power Brown-Reeves Dem Party Bid
Pritzker, White endorsements, union support boost Brown-Reeves campaign for Democratic Party of Illinois Central Committee Seat.
(Springfield, IL) – Liz Brown-Reeves, one of two candidates seeking a 15th Congressional District Democratic State Central Committee seat in the June 28 Democratic primary, has drawn high-profile political endorsements and significant organized labor support.
"There is no one in the 15th Congressional District who better represents the values of Democrats and can position our party for success during these uncertain times,” said former State Senator Andy Manar (D-Bunker Hill), “and that is why I am proudly endorsing my good friend Liz Brown-Reeves for Democratic Central Committeeman.”
Manar has contributed $30,000 to Brown-Reeves’ campaign.
