Mario Tricoci Hair Salons & Day Spas is strengthening its leadership team with the promotion of Debi Collins, who assumes the title of esthetics director. In her new role, Collins will be responsible for enhancing the guest experience and services for the 17 Mario Tricoci Hair Salon & Day Spa locations and Mario Tricoci Too Hair Salons in Illinois.
As esthetics director, Collins is responsible for esthetic product and service innovation, hiring and training of estheticians, and the quality and integrity of Mario Tricoci’s esthetics services. She started her career with Mario Tricoci in 1996 as an esthetician and was promoted to esthetics trainer in 2001. Collins holds a bachelor of science degree in education from Stephen F. Austin State University in Texas, and is a licensed esthetician, a certified reiki practitioner, and Thai body worker. She resides in St. Charles, Ill.
