Yoga in the Gardens

We offer gentle Yoga In The Garden  class (weather permitting) from 1 – 2 pm. Ease stress and tension, relax muscles, increase circulation, or just pamper yourself.  Please bottled water and any other props that bring you comfort.  Wear layers and dress for the weather. The classes are for all levels. Danae will be teaching  6/14, 8/9, 9/13 and Ildiko will be teaching  5/10, 7/12, 10/11.
