City Approves Teamsters Raises
Officials unanimously support 3 percent increase.
The St. Charles City Council unanimously approved a 3 percent increase in salary for city employees belonging to the Teamsters.
The pay raise was an amendment to the November 2010 collective bargaining agreement between the city and representatives of Teamsters Local Union No. 330. According to city documents the 2010 contract agreement included a wage re-opener provision to renegotiate wages for 2012 and an additional 3 percent raise in 2013.
