Common Core and PARCC Testing Town Hall Meeting

Join State Senator Karen McConnaughay and State Representative Steven Andersson at a Common Core and PARCC Testing Town Hall meeting in Elgin on May 4. Senator McConnaughay and Representative Andersson will join a panel of representatives from the ACT college readiness assessment organization, school administrators and teachers to speak with parents and students about the highly debated Common Core State Standards and assessment testing (PARCC) that are being implemented in Illinois. The panel will also answer questions from the audience about Common Core.
