Court: Lawsuit Targeting District 303 Grade-Level Center to Continue

A lawsuit filed by a group of parents to stop from converting and elementary schools into grade-level centers will proceed as a lawsuit to reverse the process, according to the Daily Herald.

Filed last summer, the lawsuit was dismissed by a local judge. But an appellate court sent much of the complaint back to the trial court, the Daily Herald reported.

The grade-level centers completed their first year of school at the end of the 2011-12 school year.
