
Retired police Sgt. Bruce R. Talbot travels all around the country sharing his expertise in drug and alcohol abuse recognition. He will visit St. Charles and the Tri-Cities on Tuesday, Oct. 29, at 7 p.m. at Richmond Intermediate School, 300 S. 12th St.
Talbot is especially noted for his expertise on the new drug trend of synthetic cannibinoids known as Spice, K2, and Red Dragon Smoke.
