District 303 Principal Heading to Yorkville Middle School

Adam Zbrozek, principal of Richmond Intermediate School, to helm middle school in home district.

Adam Zbrozek, principal of Richmond Intermediate School, is leaving St. Charles Consolidated Unit School District 303 to assume the position of principal at Yorkville Middle School in Yorkville District 115.

Zbrozek, a Yorkville resident, has served in administrative roles in District 303 for seven years, including assistant principal of Haines Middle School and principal of Lincoln School.

According to a District 115 press release Zbrozek has spearheaded the development of a dual language program in his current position at Richmond Intermediate School, which features Spanish and French, as well as implementing a one to one technology program utilizing iPads for all students. Additionally, Zbrozek will be presenting a statewide webinar on utilizing parents during the school day as a resource to improve reading outcomes for students.

I am tremendously excited to work in my home district; it is a dream come true,” Zbrozek said in a statement. “I have the opportunity to work with a young enthusiastic staff who love working with students, which is what we’re all about. We want to help students in the learning process to achieve high levels,”

Zbrozek holds a Bachelor of Science degree from Illinois State University, and a Masters of Science in Education from Northern Illinois University.
