East Volleyball Rockets to Third Place at State
The Saints' assistant coaches participated in a rather interesting tradition while downstate.
St. Charles 's girl volleyball team brought home a third-place trophy over the weekend
The Daily Herald reports that the team brought a sense of humor to Redbird Arena in Normal on Saturday. The Saints defeated Marist High School to clinch their trophy.
This is the sixth state trophy for East girls volleyball.

As for the humor, the Saints male assistant coaches donned dresses during a pregame meal at a local restaurant.
The dresses are a downstate tradition for the team, according to the Kane County Chronicle.
