The seminar will be divided into three parts, and presented by Karen Connolly, a certified nutritionist. Dr. Plotkin will be on hand to answer questions, and state-of-the-art MicroNutrient Testing will be available.

Part (1) the Importance of Detoxification will be conducted from 11 a.m. till 12:00 p.m. You’ll learn how to reduce toxic burden on the body, remove elements that can lead to disease, and find out how cleansing of the major organs of the body can be done safely and effectively.
Following this segment there will be a one hour lunch break, and food and refreshments will be served.

Part (2) Real World Eating is scheduled from 1 p.m. until 2 p.m. You’ll discover great fast food tips, how to eat out the smart way, healthy traveling tips, and portable food preparation.
Part (3) Eating, Energy, Exercise and Metabolism will follow from 2 p.m. until 3 p.m. Find out how to eat balanced meals, prevent chronic conditions, improve your quality life, and take control of your weight.
