Parents and teens are encouraged to attend a community drug forum sponsored by the St. Charles Youth Commission and Hearts of Hope, and supported by the Geneva Coalition for Youth. Forum attendees will learn about local trends and how to protect kids. Keynote speaker Ken Winters, Ph.D., is an expert in adolescent drug prevention and treatment.
