Back by Popular Demand: 4^th  Annual Fox Valley Holistic Health Celebration

Date: Sunday, September 30, 10 a.m. to 4 p.m., Geneva, Illinois 

Are you ready to take control of your health?  Or do you just want some help to start making those little changes in your daily life that will add up to big improvements in your health and daily function?  Many major holistic healthcare practitioners will be present at the third-annual Fox Valley Holistic Health Celebration, on Sunday, September 30, from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. at Engstrom Plaza on the corner of Rt. 38 and Seventh Street, in Geneva, Ill. Learn more about the many local holistic and alternative health options to accelerate your journey to a healthier and more fulfilling lifestyle!
The event is the collaborative effort of some 50 healing arts and holistic healthcare practitioners in the Fox Valley area, including bodyworkers, yoga and martial artists, holistic MDs, dentists and chiropractors, as well as holistic vets, organic produce suppliers, vitamin vendors and more!  Throughout the day there will be demonstrations of yoga therapy, tai chi, Thai yoga bodywork, acupuncture, meditation, massage therapy, a singing bowl demonstration and local world musicians.  Get a free massage or Reiki, watch a demonstration of Thai bodywork, or get a detox footbath.  Many booths will offer great discounts available only through this event!
