The St. Charles Arts Council announces the opening of it's fourth "pop up gallery" in St. Charles! If you haven't heard, a "pop up gallery" is usually an empty storefront/office building that is transformed into a temporary art gallery for a short period of time. The neXt gallery program is an initiative of the St. Charles Arts designed to create energy, excitement and opportunities for artists to showcase and be compensated for their work. We partner with area businesses and organizations, to help revitalize otherwise vacant space and create an attraction that can stimulate local commerce. The primary long-range goal of the SCAC is the transformation of St. Charles into an arts community/an arts magnet/a nationally-known arts market.
