The 26th annual Scarecrow Fest includes a carnival full of rides and fun for the whole family at Cedar and 2nd streets in downtown St. Charles.
The carnival will be open 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. Oct. 8 and 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. Oct. 9.
