Visitors to Scarecrow Fest in St. Charles can participate in the Make Your Own Scarecrow events from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Oct 8-9 in Old St. Charles, a neighborhood in downtown St. Charles, bordered by 3rd, West Main and Cedar streets, at the St. Charles Municipal Center at Main Street and Riverside Avenue.
Since a limited amount of scarecrow clothing will be available for participant use, those wishing to make scarecrows should bring their own long-sleeved shirts and pants.
