Steel Beam Children’s Theatre’s production takes a twisted turn when a contemporary mom and her two children present their version of the traditional tale. It opens Steel Beam Children’s Theatre’s 11th season and runs Saturdays and Sundays through Oct. 2. Saturday shows are at 10:30 a.m. and 1 p.m.
