Fox Haven Square Construction Underway In St. Charles

ST. CHARLES, IL — Construction is underway on Fox Haven Square, a new commercial development south of Jewel near the northeast corner of E. Main Street and N. Kirk Road in St. Charles.

The 7-acre development, at 200-400 N. Kirk Road, was approved by the St. Charles City Council as a planned unit development. The project includes four commercial restaurant and retail buildings, shared parking and an outdoor plaza, with a site development permit approved for retail, restaurant and a pickleball facility.

Several businesses are planned for the development, including Simple EJ’s, Fire + Wine and Rosebud Steakhouse, which have received temporary certificates of occupancy. Match Haus, also known as Harbor House, is planned for 100 N. Kirk Road and will feature pickleball, sports, dining and entertainment, according to a recent update from city officials.

A permit has been issued for the building, and construction is underway, according to the recent update.

The city has not yet provided specific opening dates for the businesses or a completion date for the overall development.
