Geneva Couple To Open Wedding Venue In St. Charles
The Ramellas are aiming to open the venue for the 2021 wedding season, which could be busier than ever due to coronavirus postponements.

ST. CHARLES, IL — A Geneva couple purchased a historic home last month in downtown St. Charles and will spend the next few months turning it into a premier wedding venue, according to report by the Daily Herald. Karen and Lance Ramella are the proud new owners of the home, which is set to serve as the anchor for their Cedar Fox Weddings business, the report states.
The Ramellas are planning to renovate and build an addition onto the 165-year-old limestone building, known as the O’Connor House, which would allow the company to host weddings and other receptions of up to 160 people throughout the year, the report states.
